I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Casablanca, Grand Casablanca) in Jan 2026
Interview
Overall, the process quality is bad for various reasons. First, even if they do assume that they are a company with a great feedback culture incorporated even in the interview process, while asking for a feedback, the talent acquisition people do not answer till now I don’t know what are the perks I have in the Final round. Second, the interviewers are rude since they do not have time, they don’t give great attention to the interviewers especially in the technical round the interviewer didn’t bother to ask me good questions and have two interviews simultaneously with another candidate online. Third, there is a great mix up between interviews they tell you something until you find something else. Finally, some of the candidates didn’t pass the coding test but since they had a great demand they called them again without the requirement of passing a coding test again which is unfair regarding the other candidates

Interview
The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured. It began with an initial HR screening call to discuss my background, followed by a technical assessment to evaluate my core skills. The final stage involved a detailed discussion with the hiring manager regarding my experience, behavioral fit, and potential contributions to the team's ongoing projects.
