Aviva Customer Service Representative interview questions

Recruitment company CPL had me very well prepared, and I had an offer within days of completing the interview. Questions were based on previous work experience and how I could add value to the Aviva team. Be prepared for a high-intensity job. Management and staff (particularly training staff) are first class.

Easy, friendly and simple. They show us round the building. They sit us with a current employee who we can ask questions too. They then take us into an office to ask questions and discuss the role. After that they test us by using the phones and checking our skills.
