I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aviva (Sheffield, Angleterre) in Aug 2023
Interview
First, Application stage, take about one weel Video Interview (strength based), asked about 10 questions, (wait about one week to get the result). The whole interview is very mechanization, looks like HR is for going through the process, not for selecting the correct people. To be honest, I felt I had been discriminated.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
The question is very specific to the customer service. Q1: describe a time your received a good customer service
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aviva (Eastleigh, England) in Aug 2023
Interview
Wasn't given full story during screening call. Was offered interview. Communication regarding this was poor. Interviewer just wanted to be sure I could commit to hours. I had been seeking part time work of 21 hours per week which was offered at initial screening, but was told initial training for first 5 to 6 months would have to be full time. No flexibility. Did not proceed with rest of interview.
