Arthrex Sales Associate interview questions

I was refereed to the company by a sales rep. I called first and breifly spoke with the owner of the company. He was direct about some of the aspects of the position right off. I was asked to come in to the office for the interview, and it ended up being a 4 person interview. Within 1 week of the interview, I was called and hired, then had 4 days before my start date
