Initial interview with regional manager dis ussing motivation to get into medical sales. What skills you would bring to the team. Previous difficult situations and how you have managed them. Following that there was an online pyschometric test. Progressed to next round which was prepare two presentations one on an arthrex product and another on a success in your life (can be on anything). Questions follow each presentation. Further details about the product were asked after the presentation which encourages further research about it rather than just an operation technique walk through.
