I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
The interview was not pleasant and there was no feedback. I think the response time was too long. No piercing or tattoos visible allowed which was very weird as it is 2024.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Bruxelles)
Interview
8 months long interview process culminating in a very disappointing offer that was nothing like what they had repeatedly promised. Tons of technical problems with their platform, some changes to the role I was applying for during the application process. We had discuss my salary expectations extensively and several times and they then came up with something that was much much lower than the current salary I had and offered a more junior role than the one I was applying for and much more junior than the one I already had. An utter and complete waste of time.
