I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Providence, RI) in Jun 2013
Interview
The interview was very professional. There were about 20 people in the waiting room with me and we had about 10 min each, then people were either told to wait for another round or to go home. The waiting room was pretty nerve racking. Everyone was form all different backgrounds, so you didn't really get a feel for what they were expecting from you. I thought I had a pretty good chance because someone contacted me asking me to work there, I had never applied or even sent them a resume. I think I went in a little bit too sure of the offer.

Question 1
The question that I remember most was what do you expect your manager to be doing for you?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
Long, three interviews, very basic questions. The Vice president is really nice but comes off as intimidating. All of the managers are really nice. They have you do a mock sale for some phone company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (New York, NY) in Apr 2012
Interview
I first was taken through a phone screen with a recruiter who told me she would get back to me within the week to discuss next steps. She did call me that week to ask if I was willing to come in for an interview at the office. I spoke with two managers and one VP and then sat for a seat ride with an employee. We did a trial run of a cold call which went well, and then they brought me back to the managers and asked me how I felt about my experience. We went over that and they told me they would be getting back to me either way within two weeks. I was presented with an offer letter a week later.
