I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
First, I had a phone screen that was incredibly straightforward and easy. Next I had a face-to-face interview. This interview process was well-organized, and overall the interview was very easy. I first met with a manager, then did a ride along where I had to sell worker's compensation. This was was fairly easy, straightforward, but a bit stressful. Then I had a group of three employees interview me, then another group of three employees interview me. I next watched an employee sell worker's comp.

Why ADP?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Allentown, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview seemed very unorganized. Some questions just didn't even seem like they were legal to ask, and the majority of the time was spent trying to come up with questions to ask them. I came prepared with multiple questions, but apparently that wasn't enough. I thought I did well, but the interviewers seemed less prepared than I was.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
Got to talk about the business and get to know the company better, including their products, work ethics, positives and more. Everyone was super nice and great environment. They answered any questions I had about the job and company. I also got to see the layout of how the department was run.
