I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Allentown, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview seemed very unorganized. Some questions just didn't even seem like they were legal to ask, and the majority of the time was spent trying to come up with questions to ask them. I came prepared with multiple questions, but apparently that wasn't enough. I thought I did well, but the interviewers seemed less prepared than I was.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
Got to talk about the business and get to know the company better, including their products, work ethics, positives and more. Everyone was super nice and great environment. They answered any questions I had about the job and company. I also got to see the layout of how the department was run.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP in Nov 2012
Interview
Started with a phone interview, than was asked to come in and interview with a few managers. Met with 2 managers on the first interview, 3 on the second in the next week, and the office VP on the third along with a mock phone sales call. Was called about 2 weeks later with an offer.
