I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Burnaby, BC) in May 2014
Interview
It's very long, and very thorough. For me took a little over a month until I was hired. You go through 2 phone interviews and 2 in person interviews. Be prepared to do sales role playing to get the job.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at ADP (Allentown, PA) in May 2016
Interview
I was recruited by an ADP talent recruiter and brought in to meet with two managers for a total of an hour, was asked a series of easy questions about IT and experience. Sat in an isolated room with both. Interview would have gone better had I not recently just been injured due to whiplash, definitely an easier process if you are feeling well.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2016
Interview
What a joke. I met a recruiter at a college job fair, she offered me an interview. The day of the phone interview the wrong recruiter calls me all confused she apologizes and said the right recruiter will call me in a few minutes. Well that never happens. A week later a THIRD recruiter emails me saying "I heard it didn't work out for the position you applied for" excuse me!!?? How do I get rejected because of the companies mistake?? The third recruiter set up a phone interview for another interview and surprise never calls when she was supposed to. Extremely unprofessional
