ADP Consultant interview questions

I started with two phone interviews and ended with an in person interview. The first was with a recruiter to basically see if I am competent and discuss basic experience and description of the position. The second interview was more in depth. I was asked specifically about what I currently do and why I am looking to leave my current position. The third interview was about the same as the second only in person. The process seems to move pretty quickly.
