Interview
Detailed and quick. Allowed for conversation and interaction. Multiple people were asked to participate. Not panel led, but different calls with different people. Provided different perspectives on the role and objectives. Overall good learning and interviewing practice. Many different departments needed to be involved due to integrated services. Hours of operation and virtual work was explained to include flex time offerings.
interview and presentations in which expertise was tested and reviewed. Was a good experience and gave an impression what to expect from the job role. Interviews in various ADP locations.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager. There was a disconnect between the screening interview and the hiring manager regarding my physical location. The hiring manager was very personable, knowledgeable about her space and forthright about the position.
