François Faelli, Partner, Global Managing Partner of ESG “I am the global managing partner of Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) at Bain. ESG is broad and systemic, encompassing 21 issues including human rights, equity and environment. At Bain, we bring our strategic expertise to help CEOs navigate the dramatic changes required to deliver ESG full potential. As the former head of Bain’s global Consumer Products practice, I understand the ESG problems facing this industry. But my specific expertise is in dog food. I have worked on more than 150 projects in the dog food. My next career goal is to learn about cat food. More seriously, I am motivated to help companies redefine their business by incorporating ESG best practices into their value chains."
