Payroll is a continuous problem, I went over 40 days without a paycheck. They make cuts and changes to your pay without discussion and you wake up to no check on payday. The VP of their recruitment teams is abusive to the recruitment teams by threatening them with their jobs, very disrespectful, without professionalism. They work the recruiters huge hours for very little pay. The compliance team has no comprehension of joint commission standards and the most disheartening fact of all is that from the COO down the general attitude is that they will do it as they like versus what is standardized healthcare Staffing procedure.. they tend to lowball the Futa, Suta etc payouts so that their matches are very low, sticking the employee with the tax bill come tax season... It is a very subtle form of corporate theft.
