Cons

ALL folks who are still working there - are working there BECAUSE the market never hired any of them, only if they were competent enough! Low Base Salary + Fake Promise of HIGH Commission (which you will NEVER get). They will purposely hire fresh-graduates or asian housewives (home-makers) or single American moms on hollow promises, then they make reasons when they don't want to pay the commission after sales.

Pros

The only pro I gained from working with this firm was the relationships I built with peers in the industry.

Cons

1. Ann Thakur - Ann is the Co-Founder and a Global Director. She is the wife of the Founder and CEO, Ben Thakur. I personally reported to her and I can say without a doubt, she is to be avoided at all cost. I could write a laundry list of toxic behaviors she exhibits daily with her employees but I'll only focus on a few. a) Extreme narcissism - Ann's "leadership" style (and I say leadership because I don't think she actually knows what it means to truly lead someone) is exactly what guys like John Maxwell uses as an example of what NOT to do. Ann never receives feedback, yells and screams at her employees (calling me and others pathetic, incompetent, etc.), and is solely focused on making sure her image to the outside world is perfect. People are terrified to stand up to her, terrified to offer suggestions, and even when she does ask if she could have done something different, she instantly disputes your suggestions and maintains she can do nothing wrong. b) Poor character - At the CWS Conference in Dallas, Ann told myself and other peers that she tries to get her kids to date the children of potential clients so that she can "win their business." This was not a joke - she was very serious and laughed about it thinking this is common practice. You will often hear her telling people that her kids know she doesn't have time for them and that eTeam is her first and most important baby. I think this alone tells you what you need to know about her less than par character. c) Controlling/Micro-managing - With narcissism often times comes micro-managing. If you join Ann's "team" you will be forced to have a 1pm sales call every day....yes...every day lol. This is where Ann forces you to share your Hubspot dashboard and walk through all the calls you've made and will typically result in her yelling and screaming at someone for some arbitrary reason. Oh, and speaking of arbitrary, don't expect any KPIs that make sense. Ann asks for extremely high KPIs even for senior employees with zero data justifying the targets. Company Cons 1) Terrible benefits - if you want to have kids or are having kids, there is no maternity or paternity leave. I could have asked this up-front, so that's on me. But still worth knowing. 2) Delivery teams - If you want to make money, don't work here. The delivery teams are all offshore and are managed terribly. Leadership gloats about how good eTeam is but the internal data on placements is atrocious. I was promised upwards of $300k OTE and made about $5k in bonuses in a year. I brought in over 20 large accounts (some being entire MSPs with thousands of quality reqs.) and they filled barely anything. I could truly keep going, but I feel if you've made it this far, you probably get the gist. I would highly recommend taking any other offer from literally ANY other firm and steering very clear from this company.

Pros

Nothing! This company has no idea to treat employees.

Cons

This company does not give your check on time. Employees were supposed to be paid on August 23rd and employees still have not been paid. The company is lying and blaming ADP for the issue but ADP is not responsible. This is a horrible company to not pay employees but the executives checks were not messed up. They all received their checks. Hopefully, the money will be there on Monday. People depend on their paycheck to survive and feed their families. As soon, as I find employment I am running and never returning to this company again.
