Pros

They take anyone and everyone

Cons

Work life balance is very poor. They will make you work for 10-11 hrs & will also force you to work on Saturday and Sunday. They can fire you anytime so if you are looking for job security then its not the one. Management is very poor. They also do micro management and will tell you to make 100-200 calls. Your calls and screen time will be recorded. Also you can not talk to candidate in your words, so you have to follow the script provided by them strictly. They will tell you that you have 2 paid leaves every month but you can not avail that when you need until your manager is okay with that. They will pressure you for submission. 2 submissions everyday and 40 submissions in a month, even if you are doing the submission and not getting the offer they will terminate you anytime they want without letting you know on prior.

Pros

I was able to do remote for 19 months. Work was steady .

Cons

Getting in contact with anyone in this company is a nightmare. No one never answers the phone nor call you back . Communication with this company is crazy . my Hr contact . He NEVERS answers calls or returns them until days later . I called him about my raise . This went on for a few months . Finally he called me with an update to let me know raise would be applied and made affective 6/1/22. I called again with problems with my paycheck being short again we played phone tag . Were I would call him several times. Send message . At some point he will eventually call you back when he gets around to it . The latest time being 11/08/22. He called me and said my assignment has ended as of this date . As soon as I get shipping label to send laptop back . Part of the message he sent said they will deduct this from my last pay until they get laptop back . Today 11/15/22 I still have not received shipping label . Called this so called HR. Point of contact about seven times left messages still no answer or call back . I finally sent email he responded ge told the business team about this problem . Still no word on when I will get shipping label . But yet they will deduct this from my pay until they get their laptop back. Where is the professionalism in this company you are suppose to work for ?? He is not the only one that does not answer calls or responds. Getting in touch with anyone in this company is a problem.

Pros

There is literally no reason to work here, and suffer 24/7. YES. THERE IS NO WORK LIFE BALANCE.

Cons

First things first, there onboarding process never ends 1. There would be a screening with recruiter. 2. They would ask you to complete a questionnaire 3. They would schedule a JAM session( They would schedule for a given day but it wont be done, they'd just take attendence and done) if you tell them its more than the given time, they'd simply tell you to leave because they have N number of resources available. (One of their main characteristic is, your time=nothing. 4. After the JAM session a training would start which would go for a month (unpaid) 5. They would conduct a Viva test 6. Onboarding takes place ( I think they have got the meaning of onboarding wrong) 7. A training will initiate again( paid) 8. A deployment interview will take place (2 rounds) where anil arya will make you feel unworthy and utter piece of nothing. 9. Finally, you'll be on floor. Work Culture- First they would mention the shift timings to be 6:30-3:30 but they wont let you go until you have made 2 submissions (It might even strech to 7in the morning. Later they would ask you if you can work for 9:00-6:00 and you have to be more than happy for it. Overtime here as well. 2. They would threat you to fire every SINGLE DAY at any point of time 3. Might ask to work in week offs as well. 4. They would insult you among 50 other people. 5. No matter the quality of your work they would point out mistakes. 6. They expect you to do everything for they pay xyz meagre amount (this isnt even competitive guys) This company had me question my entire education, my worth. My self esteem is a joke for them. This was my first job and i joined with so many hopes only to be crushed by them, their desire to over-power everyone. It is taking a toll over my mental health. 3.
