Pros

The facility I am contracted with is great!

Cons

Working for this agency has been an absolute nightmare. There has not been one week where I have been paid correctly. They apparently think they are above federal labor laws, and they don't pay me my overtime week after week. I have to spend hours each week fighting with them to try and recoup my pay. The got my tax status wrong, I have been asking them to correct it since I started. They will add random deductions to your paycheck so they can justify stealing from you. They tell you they pay you for holidays, and then they refuse to do so. They screw up your pay, and tell you that it will be on the next check, but then it's never fixed. I am currently waiting for them to fix all the issues with my pay once and for all as I sit on hold with the IRS to report them for not having my tax information correct. One of their employees forged a w-4 to make it look like I didn't have my paperwork correct, but didn't realize I could still log into the system and see the documents I originally signed. Avoid this company at ALL costs. They will probably be paying a lot of fines after all this.

Great stepping stone, but poor company culture

Pros

- You are presented with opportunities to challenge yourself in your role - Helpful colleagues

Cons

- It is a poor work environment in which performance reviews aren't utilized, so workers aren't properly recognized and compensated. Managers also don't have 1:1 sessions with their direct reports unless it is an urgent matter. - There is decent diversity within the company, but it presents challenges as business cultures butt heads - I know it isn't a legal requirement, but the company doesn't offer bereavement leave. You have to utilize your accrued PTO if you want to be paid while attending to personal matters. - The CEO is extremely frugal - A lot of the software that the company utilizes is extremely outdated and has poor UI - There is poor organization within HR - Groups within the company are silohed and there is minimal effort to make the company a cohesive unit

Pros

Nothing to say in Pros.

Cons

the work environment is not good, they treat employees like a robot, with no job stability, They can terminate at any time without any notice or warning. They take work from employees after the shift timings, They always extend the shift and are told to log in before shift timings. Senior managers didn't do the work themselves, they told everything recruiters like maintaining data regarding the job, please screen another recruiter candidate. If you are good in performance last six months no problem after one month if your performance is down for any reason due to a domain change or team change they directly terminate you.
