Pros

You get to wear jeans/shorts and t-shirts, so you're always comfortable. Also, we have a core value of "Be Transparent" and the founder truly wants us to be the same person at work as we are at home. That takes a lot of stress off and I think puts our customers at ease as well. It's a great blend of different personalities and really fun, creative people.

Cons

You're not really rewarded in any way for staying with the company. Most companies allow you to earn more time off or other perks for longevity, but there's nothing like that in place here.
