It is refreshing to work in an environment where team building and teamwork is so vital to both your personal success as well as the company's, rarely does everything fall on your shoulders! There are voluntary programs(professional/personal) you can sign up for that will help with your professional, as well as your personal development and growth. The ability and encouragement to work with other departments...this level of involvement helps you recognize and understand others contributions to the company... and how it relates to the success of you personally and your department. At driversselect, when new positions open up, they encourage and allow employees to apply for these positions even if it is outside their current role of expertise.

Cons

The hours are long...but can be very rewarding.

The relaxed atmosphere, opportunity for growth, excellent business model, great coworkers.

Cons

If you're not self motivated, success will be difficult. There isn't a ton of oversight on the day to day, so while it's nice to be left alone, sometimes it feels like you're on an island.

Extraordinary Culture with a tremendous amount of emphasis on learning how to make customer experience nothing short of spectacular. In my ten years of employment there I was provided with so many resources to help me not only grow my career, but also grow as a person. It's an environment that doesn't condemn you for making mistakes, but actually encourages you to take chances.

Cons

If you don't like having fun and learning, it's not the place for you!
