At driversselect's there is a hyper focus on its tribe members. Employee engagement, morale, development and personal growth are constant topics of discussion and investment. Just as much care and attention is given to make sure driversselect is the right fit for a new tribe member as is given making sure a candidate is the right fit for driversselect. There is no doubt, what driversselect is doing, and how the organization is going about doing it, is special.

Cons

The rapid growth we are experiencing can be challenging.

ds has a truly one of a kind culture. I've never been around so many people who are passionate and compassionate when it comes to their job, their colleagues, their customers, and their vendors. The company is growing very quickly so there is no shortage of opporltunity and excitement.

Cons

There is no 401(k) match currently, although the company hopes to offer it soon.

Pros

The culture at driversselect is unique and unlike any other car dealership. The atmosphere is more like a Zappos than a regular car dealership it starts from the top. The owner is very progressive and believes in taking care of the employees and letting them take care of the customers. He provides positive messages, encourages development of individuals at work and at home. I've truly never worked in a better environment.

Cons

Rapid growth as a result of the new business model implemented about a year and half ago has led to growing pains (good problems to have) and the company is moving fast to make needed adjustments. Again, these are good problems to have and offer opportunity for all involved.
