Pros

No micromanagement, plenty of learning opportunities, and a place where we get to be ourselves while helping folks get into a great vehicle at a great price with ease.

Cons

Open every Saturday, and not closed on Holidays. But the trade off is closed every Sunday and you get a one weekday off.
