Pros

You've been there before, you start a job with a new company and you're in the honeymoon phase. You're gung ho and you really enjoy your new job because it isn't your last job. The people you interview with throw all the key words at you and you think this place is really different, then a month or two later you find out it's just like every other place. Driversselect is not the norm. From day one you hear about how different the culture is, only this time it is for real. Driversselect allows you to be you without conforming. Not only does the culture provide for this, it is one of the most diverse atmospheres I have ever worked in. This culture is promoted from the top down and bottom up. This organization truly cares about its employees and its community and philanthropic partnerships. I simply cannot say enough about this company.

Cons

As a Sales Person/Customer Experience Officer, the hours can be long, it's part of the job and understood. However, management not only encourages you to take off when you are supposed to, it is more or less mandated. The hours are long at times but they are very aware of the importance of the work/life balance. Work when you are supposed to and take time off when you are supposed to.

Pros

Opportunity to make serious money, culture, come as you are work environment, and management that cares about "Family First". ( It's important to note that in order to make Top Performer money you will need to work as many hours as you can and be efficient with your time management skills, but I will say that recently I have had some issues in my home life that have required that I spend less time at work. My management team has been more than kind to me and have understood my situation. This has allowed me the opportunity to eliminate extra stress in my life, and I am extremely proud to work for this company. They truly live the values that they preach.)

Cons

Work/Life balance - in order to make money many times you will be required to stay late, come in early, work all day, or even work a day off. It just depends on how you plan your appointments or how serious you are at hitting your numbers. So if you need a career that you have a definite quitting time you may want to consider other careers.

Pros

Overall the atmosphere at drivers select is really great. All the employee's are very caring and eager to meet all the new face's they see roaming the hallway's. I really love this opportunity I have been given here. The company really takes care of it's employee's, they keep the break room stocked with snacks and things to make sandwiches with, and every Saturday they cater food to us from all sorts of different places. This is honestly one of the best jobs I have ever taken. I really do feel blessed coming to work and knowing everyone at work is basically one huge family and treat you like it.

Cons

I have no cons to list at this time.
