I’ve worked here now for 2 years this month. I’ve been given a number of opportunities to grow in my career, meeting some pretty awesome people, and make a good living. I have enjoyed my time here so much, that I suggested to my father that he should give the company a try. He’s been here 3 months now and is amazed at what he has seen. I even saw him sending pictures and videos to his brothers during our monthly kickoffs in disbelief of what he has been experiencing. I recently had a life changing even happen where my wife found out she was pregnant. I wanted a change of pace from sales so I could have a more regular schedule since my wife worked nights. I went to management, and explained my situation, and in time, (thanks to the tremendous growth in our company) an opportunity for me to make a change was presented to me. I’m thankful for the people here and the people in charge. They really do what they can to make things happen for you, when they can. And when they can’t, you still feel good because you know they did everything they could to help you. I couldn’t be more happy in my new role, I feel as though I was able to make an impact early on and that I am able to continue to do so everyday. Plus my boss is Sullins, so everyday is like an 80’s movie with that guy.
Cons
If you are someone who doesn’t easily adapt to change it can be tough to keep up. This company is constantly growing and changes are being made in order to sustain manageable growth. You have to have a high level of mental toughness. I work with some really tough cookies who know how to get the job done.
