The environment has been by far the best I've ever experienced. The pay is very reasonable and can make as much as you want if you put the work in. I don't normally like to have my personal life interfere with work, but it makes me feel better when I know the tribe knows that life happens. They genuinely care about each other here. I have had nothing but great experiences here. I've even referred a few of my friends just because I love it so much here. Look forward to many years!

The weather would probably be my only downfall lol.
