Pros

Dress Code, Culture, Management, Tribe(family) atmosphere. If you are looking for some where that you can fit in, no matter what your personality type is, this is the place for you!

Cons

You are still in the car industry so you will feel some of the negativities of that, but it is still such a great place that it is worth it!

Upper Mgmt. are VERY into developing us as BOTH Employees and on a personal level.

Cons

We only get 2 holidays off per year.

Fun place to work, co-workers are super cool and knowledgeable. Most people if not all care about your personal life no matter how sensitive the subject is.

Cons

Small company, there are very few people that make up there own definitions of the core values.
