      Some flexibility in hours worked. Can work from home on occasion. Benefits and company matched pension.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for movement. Everyone is micro-managed. New motorized desks and "class-room style" seating.

      Medium to low expectations of employees; very easy to coast by (if that's your thing).

      Cons

      Senior management in Zurich North America is very hierarchy-driven; they expect middle management and independent contributors to kiss the ring... so long as you do that, you can get away with very little work.
