Corporate environment with great diversity. Possibility of moving across various departments. Execs are generally approachable and discussions take place.
Cons
In the Swiss local business, there is little diversity or diverse culture (mainly Swiss or German) and less movement. Once every two years there is a cost cutting exercise, which causes lots of uncertainty and often leads to short term decisions, as in any other company these days
