      Pros

      I've only been here for less than a year but I truly love this company. I love my job and it's been a huge difference from my previous job. The people, the atmosphere, and the location of the office building is GREAT! I actually look forward to coming into work. We are constantly growing and it's such a wonderful site to see. Health benefits is great as well.

      Cons

      No bonuses. At my old job, I was able to interact and talk to my boss easily. However, due to my current Boss' busy schedule, it's hard at times to talk to him despite his open door policy. So sometimes feel invisible.

      Great Company with Many Opportunities

      - Tons of opportunity for growth within the company and for the individual employee - Multiple career routes available - Offices all over the world - Fantastic Health Care - Upper management listens to employees and develops programs around their feedback - Big sense of "togetherness" and "family" - Company provides tools needed to accomplish job - Quarterly reviews with great feedback from direct management - Good pay and company benefits

      Cons

      - Inconsistent level of expertise among different teams leading clients to be frustrated when one department does not deliver level of service client has come to expect. - Weak new hire training focused on core product only (caveat: Individual departments work to ensure new hire is trained on their module of the product; however this leads to inconsistent training across teams.)
