      Pros

      I feel I am a valued part of the senior living product at Yardi. We are making great improvements to our software to meet the demanding needs of our clients providing excellent care to our senior population.

      Cons

      I wish more CEU classes were offered for medical professionals.

      Pros

      Yardi is a great place to work. It is a very laid back environment, but where everyone gets their work done and clients are very satisfied.

      Cons

      While the free health insurance is awesome, the other benefits tend to be more limited than many other tech companies in the area.

      Pros

      - The leadership within the company is outstanding. There is a sense of trust and respect for the employees from management. - The work environment is very casual and relaxed. It's not uncommon to see employees wearing flip flops or basketball shorts. I think everyone wears what they are comfortable in, which goes a long way in quality of life at work. - Most employees have up to two months of training before starting on any real work. There is no rush to burden the employees with responsibilities. The management wants employees to truly understand their position and feel confident before going forward.

      Cons

      - Once hired, it can be a slower process to be promoted and move up within the company. However, if you stick with it, you can make great money over time.
