Pros

Remote work from home and nice schedule. Supervisors are amazing!

Cons

Management past supervisors do not hesitate to step in during onboarding to intro themselves and advise of your inadequacies.

Pros

The only thing you would ever work or learn while working would be their own product .

Cons

*manager harasse you even after doing well in your role *would never appreciate your efforts asked to work more then the required ones *team leads and managers and the hr would never emphasise on your career growth * wouldn’t let you learn new tech stack *too much of internal politics *No space for growth *only focus on the counts of tickets and even after meeting the expectations the would discriminate the employees

Pros

The salary structure is very rewarding, even as a new hire. The onboarding process also goes pretty smooth as far as helping you learn the software.

Cons

The company has shifted towards requiring employees to go into the office once a week. Previously there was no requirement to go into the office.
