Pros

- Offers opportunity for career lattice - Opportunity to earn raises at end of every year with review - Great service efforts in community - Good communication for what is taking place company wide throughout year

Cons

- Training is awful and very vague. You will not be prepared for the fundamentals/functionalities of softwares offered. In result, there will be very little to no room of retained information/growth once in the software in fast-paced environment. - Products are fully tested / mocked prior to releases. - Inconsistent enforcement of policies in handbook. - Toxic environment in the Atlanta office. - Skills are not truly transferrable in industry - Christmas bonus has not changed in 5+ years and is heavily taxed.

Decent Payscale Remote - equipment provided with IT assistance

Cons

Pay increases are only done at review time (1 time per year) regardless of position change/promotion. Workload too high for the time provided Quality is second to quantity
