Pros

Insurance scheme. 250$ bonus , 5% bonus of your CTC.

Cons

No canteen, no transport, no gym, Poor infrastructure,You can not expect management and technical skills from your team lead. I can't think team leaders work at all, You can not expect help from them as they are unaware of technology and domain. On Site:All depends on you buttering skills. IF you are female employee then more chances of onsite opportunity. But onsite opportunity will be for of 21 days visit, Its 55$ plus you have to pay 30% tax on saved amount. when you are onsite you can't refuse to work on weekends. Overall Onsite opportunity is of no use. Technology:- They have created some internal framework based on .NET and java which takes just XML and create UI. Most of the work is maintenance and issue fix. For CSD the all work mostly based on crystal reports and sql queries. In short no technical skill improvement while working and after years of working here you realised that you are out of job market. And lost all technical skill and no other company will hire you. And yardi will not pay you well.So once you get in yardi then you are finished there will be no way to get other job. Process:- Company does not follow any process for daily activity management, appraisals. Its whole decision of your TL what you will get here. Need to butter your TL all the time. Business Unit head expect you to be on machine working at list 7 hours a day. Yeah this is the same word used by him. Notice Period 3 months:- Due to increased attrition rate they have increased notice period, instead of improving overall work environment. Infrastructure:- it's very old infrastructure, I can't understand how they choose it. Building is old smelly with pigeon . After continues compliant they cleaned the building and removed pigeon dirt bones. It's started smelly here again but they now refused that it's not smelly here. No 2 wheeler parking to all. If you travel by cycle they you will not allowed to part in shaded parking. Career development :- Nothing is there for career development , Annual events :- only 2 annual events one at 5 star hotel. And other at marriage hall and few sport tournamtes. Where every year same people perform. No chance/encouragements to employees to participate (AS you superior expect you to work 7 hours a day in front of machine how you can manage other activities.)

Pros

Great employees, good benefits, nice facility.

Cons

The starting pay is low. You are told in your interview that YARDI always hires from within and that chances for raises and promotion are plentiful. This is simply not true. In my time here I have seen several supervisors hired from outside the organization which leads to employees having to train their new supervisor. Reviews come annually in March and the process is a joke. The raises for Implementation were 2% across the board with a few exceptions. This is unacceptable considering our most senior implementers have all left and we are expected to absorb their workload. And that leads to the next disappointment - the hiring freeze. There is currently a hiring freeze for the entire Colorado Springs office, so even though we continue to lose employees weekly they are not replacing them. Next is our wonderful production team in Pune, India. They are not properly trained so to "fix" this problem management is insisting we do error cases every time there is a mistake. I'm sure you can imagine how this has completely destroyed any semblance of a pleasant working relationship. Get ready to wait days for tasks you assigned to be completed and while you wait you will be bombarded with the same questions over and over and over and over again. The last real negative area here is upper management, specifically those from ISTA. The processes they are implementing do not work and it is clear to everyone working here that they are getting rid of all the Yardi employees to replace with their ISTA friends. Shouldn't it be the other way around in a takeover? We took over ISTA, not the other way around.

We are aware that there have been issues in our Colorado Springs office. We are listening, and your feedback is important and valuable. Acquisitions always require patience and transition time. As our ista clients migrate to a single platform, we anticipate some of the concerns you raised in your review will resolve. As with most companies, pay increases are determined individually based on job performance. We appreciate all of the efforts of our Colorado Springs staff to work through these challenges and move on to smoother days ahead.

Pros

Health insurance benefits, flex spending accounts, relaxed dress code, major holidays off. Fun office events (to try and boost moral).

Cons

The moral at the Colorado Springs Office is at an all time low. It started about a year and a half ago, when new management came in and we started out sourcing all work to Pune India. Since then we have lost knowledgeable, hard working employees.....and clients. A lot of clients. The worst part, when employees leave we have no training system to support new employees. The extra work and training falls on the already stretched thin employees. Not to mention, they higher supervisors from outside the company....guess who gets to train the new supervisors?? The employees working under them. The ones already stressed, over worked, and getting paid a whole lot less. The answer to every problem with the software is an "upgrade" or new plug in, which the majority of the time breaks 10 other things while fixing 2. Development is not held to a high standard, if any.
