      Pros

      Great manager and great team. But have heard from others this isn't every team.

      Cons

      Having to track your time and how you spent it into a log every week. Have to sign document to basically not discuss salary with peers.

Our Technical Account Managers log time spent supporting clients so we can ensure that our clients’ needs are being met, that employees are able to best prioritize their deliverables, and so we can ensure our teams are well staffed.
