At Yardi, we offer generous Annual leave and paid holidays throughout the year to promote personal well-being, and strongly encourage employees to use PTO and leave for positive work life balance and wellness. Our robust benefit plan (which is offered at no additional cost to our employees) includes an Employee Assistance Program that offers assistance with mental health challenges, as well as a large variety of other topics to help support work/life balance. As we firmly believe in our motto of “taking care of our employees,” concerns like this are taken very seriously. We genuinely encourage anyone who feels negatively impacted by something to schedule time with the VP of Human Resources to further discuss.
