*There is a not a review process in place for employees to review their managers or Team Leads. There are little opportunities for advancement beyond Technical Account Management.
*There is not a internal process to apply for jobs within the company and little support from Yardi Recruiters when looking for an internal position.
*When I started Yardi, I never felt like a number even though the company was large. The Cleveland office used to be a place where I felt at home and welcomed. Now, I feel like a number punching a time clock. Overall this has been the biggest disappointment of my career.
