Management, from Anant Yardi all the way down, actually care about the employees and it is clear in how they conduct themselves. The work atmosphere is great. Nobody dreads coming into work everyday. We all work hard, and have fun doing it in a great team environment. You have flexibility in the direction of your career, if you want to work on something different - work hard and tell somebody, and they will make it happen if it's the right move. I have been with the company for 7 years and have had numerous opportunities for advancement, and seen many hard working people advance as well. The benefits are great, with decent bonuses and healthy raises to those that deserve it.
