No raise for 3 years. Laid off a large portion of workforce during covid while the ceo was getting 20 mil stock reward and they were trying to buy out hp

Pros

If you already have a book of local business from another company you can be good. Software commission is really good.

Cons

Benefits are not what they say. Company issued a stock buyback in the same year they cut their employees 401k. No incoming leads. Current customers are very unhappy. Whatever they promise during onboarding is not true. They are desperate to get people to join.
