Pros

Paid training, benefits, lots of discounts through company for movie tickets, retail stores, travel, sporting events.

Cons

Hours, break times are 10 mins instead of the 15 mins that most companies provide now. If you do have to use the restroom prior to break that time is taken off your break time. Very controlled enviroment which I understand they need for the amount of employees and being a call center. The least amount of pay compared to other call center.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this place.

Cons

The worst management I've ever seen in my life. They hire everyone who applies, so about twice a month you have over 70 new people stuffed into their two tiny break rooms. They get weeded out quickly. A lot of fighting. And I don't mean catty banter. I mean knock down drag outs with blood and weave just laying around the hallway. I was threatened by a guy, while I was pregnant, because I accidentally bumped into him on my way to the bathroom. The classrooms are packed. The air-conditioning doesn't work half the time. The computers that you're supposed to do your job on are never updated, so they run a little slower than a Windows 98. You spend more time waiting between lessons (there's 6 months of intermittent "training"), than actually learning anything. During this time you're free to gossip and make snide remarks about people with the trainer while that person is IN THE ROOM, but God forbid you bring a book to read quietly between lessons because that's "wasting the time they pay you for". There's a dress code, but it only applies to people they don't like. So as long as you don't ask questions, feel free to let it ALL hang out (I'm talking Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunctions, people). But if you do let it be known that you think for yourself, be warned; even a cute little knit cap is strictly forbidden as it's a "security issue". If I needed a job, I would go back to fast food for half the pay before I ever endangered my health and wellbeing in this wretched place ever again.

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company. Just a lot of frustration and negativity. Everyday is pure torture.

Cons

There are just so many, I don't know where to start. For one management SUCKS. Most of the people in the management positions are unqualified.
