      Pros

      Some of the best machines to sell and maintain in the industry. A company that is most growing and moving up. A great place for a career.

      Cons

      Getting bigger which can leave people out. With a tight economy raises and bonus money is much tighter than in the past.

      Wonderful pay, equipment and resources always ready, and software is very up to date.

      Cons

      The management here is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and the policies are degrading to the employees.

      Pros

      Not many pros here. Coworkers in our training class were friendly. We all tried to keep each other going but lost half of our class within a few weeks.

      Cons

      Horrible treatment by "floor supervisory agents" and service desk. Incredibly disorganized organization. Trainer didn't teach much. Training class cut short to get employees out on the phones sooner. Supervisors over scheduled people to the point that some employees didn't have seats or computers and were docked as being late because of it. Headsets didn't always work with phones. Systems went down often. Horrible horrible.
