Pros

Xerox is in a state of flux and there are incredible opportunities for young talent to cut their teeth on serious international work. They are clearly invested in retaining young employees and creating positions that offer flex scheduling and great pay.

Cons

Benefits are not great.

Pros

Company Car-Sales, 401K plan, outstanding peer employees.

Cons

Upper management is completely disconnected from the field. Ex: Annual employee survey conducted by 3rd party organization, to help identify +/- of the organization. Survey stated that all comments will be released verbatim. Survey never completely released to employees, no comments shared. I guess they didn't want to hear the truth. VP along with her minions, bullied employees daily. Those same comments were included in the survey. The bullying continues daily. Xerox promotes mediocrity, as those same managers are being promoted. Sales compensation plans are changed annually. Not sure of any other companies where your budget is doubled, but your earning are cut in half.

Pros

Good benefits if you don't mind low pay. No work on weekends except for mandatory Saturday morning meetings.

Cons

Low pay, no raises for years regardless of excellent performance. Favoritism is rampant. Backbreaking work that isn't compensated. I broke my back working here and all I got was fired for having surgery. My manager was a black man who clearly favored black employees. There was a black man who'd worked there twice as long as me and knew half as much yet was much more respected and still had a job after I was let go while recovering from surgery. There's no room for advancement. You will start on the bottom and more than likely stay there.
