Pros

great place to start right out of college.. Company excels at training- you must pursue- and business processes, sales processes, etc. Once you have mastered those your stock to outside firms increases substantially..

Cons

A large company in a commodities business. Still believes it holds a monopoly in the imaging industry.. Changes made more on style than substance.

Pros

The development cycles are really long and overly complicated. It is like working for a very slow moving machine that eventually will get there but takes a long time to do so. This gives you plenty of time to work on you professional career development outside of your normal day to day activities. You will also have plenty of time to build relationships outside of work if you have a family. The focus of the company is making sure the employees are happy with their lives outside the company so that they will be better employees when they are performing their work.

Cons

You will have a lot of downtime.
