Xerox reviews

I came over to Xerox from an acquisition from an already well established, high performing VAR in the Denver area. Unfortunately, Xerox upper management did not listen to the resources who knew our business best and how to organize/run things that would keep our customers happy. Implemented many processes that severely changed how we ran the business and as a result, our ability to effectively and quickly service our customers was diminished. Xerox management has since realized their error and are trying to work with us now to correct the business model, but we've lost a lot of credibility (and good team members) in the process, so we're sort of in rebuild mode at the moment.

Terrible attitudes, terrible management, lack of communication, lack of trust, lack of loyalty, no sense of urgency. Employees are selfish and the culture is to look out for yourself and throw other employees under the bus. No teamwork, and management is only worried about saving their jobs and does not care about employees. No 401k match for 2 years. Employees are rude and non-responsive to customers and also to other internal employees. Management is often inexperienced and will not react to problems because they do not want other employees to quit. DO NOT WORK HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT
