Pros

Great local management in Virginia in sales and service despite massive cutbacks in staffing over the past year above average benefits

Cons

all administration was off-shored to an overseas company HCL they are terrible the amount of time and energy getting corrections made and customer complaints was beyond poor downfall of the entire organization will never be the same the US Better Business Bureau is embarrassing the poor administrative and customer service follow up by the HCL contracted group will cause the company to be sold, absorbed, or bankrupt lack of direction at a corporate level is confusing on a good day equipment made by Fugi is excellent the new manufacturing partnership with Lexmark could be trouble in the quality and performance of the equipment

Pros

Some flexibility as a hybrid wlrk situation.

Cons

Base pay is extremely low and if new with a territory that does not have much as far as expiring leases, commissions can be slim to none without selling a ton of net new logo machines which is tough with competition out there.
