Pros

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Allowed to work remotely for a few years only. Severance package when IRIF'd.

Cons

Hired for Help Desk Analyst role, then "promoted" to Onsite Analyst without compensation. Covid hit and then kicked back down to Help Desk Analyst. They turned the Customer Care Center into a storage area and had us work remotely. Then they stopped having me work IT issues only and started having me doing Reception and Dispatch, then had me start doing Phone Break Fix, trying to get the customer to fix their own issues instead of sending a tech out like they paid for. They stopped raises for years and stopped matching 401K for years. Then they hired people at minimum pay with no experience and laid off the top earners with the most experience, and promoted it as the "Xerox Reinvention" like it was a good thing.
