Pros

They have clear, written processes for all functions and jobs. This made training extremely easy and it was nice to have something to refer back to.

Cons

You're completely disposable. People have come in for a day and have been fired for any number of things without notice. Lots of stress. Management will pretty much find any reason to blame you to cover their skins.

Pros

No pros to really mention since CEO Ursula Burns took over and the acquisition of ACS. The only positive feedback/input to mention is the remaining talented and committed professionals, which won't last for long if things continue on this negative path. Many of the true professionals have been replaced by many incompetent and dysfunctional alternates.

Cons

This company is going down the toliet and losing valued clients and employees by the minute. Xerox was an innovative leader but has become the most dysfunctional company I've ever seen. Constant issues with internal systems, levels of red tape preventing all divisions from doing their jobs and being productive, lost it's competitive edge and position in the market. Has no appreciation for it's valued clients and/or employees
