      Pros

      Convenient to were I live. Motivated me to return to school because a career of abuse will not work. A manager actually put a sticky note on a employees forehead to remind her what she had forgotten.

      Cons

      Pathetic management who manage not by objective but fear. Trainers cursing openly on the floor. Could care less about there employees. Disrespectful supervisors who specialize in pointing out your flaws never a positive comment.

      Pros

      Entry level position into consulting. Co-workers were pleasant to work with. Clients were all within driving distance.

      Cons

      Poor compensation and benefits. Poor training and on boarding program. Management lied about additional compensation for achieving professional certifications. Management made unrealistic estimates about project tasks. Management expected associates to be technical and functional experts without providing any training. No direction was provided on what day to day tasks should be.
