Pros

$10/hr training, with quick raises to be to $13 within a year. And it's a fairly easy job, just sitting talking on the phone all day. As long as you're able to think fast, be a problem solver, and know how to deal with angry customers.

Cons

You don't get your schedule until after the 5 week training, so you may really like the job but have to leave when you see your assigned schedule. Also, they have mandatory "shift bids" from time to time and your schedule can totally change. For those two reasons, make sure you truly have open availability. (I believe people not being prepared for those schedules is a big part of the reason why they have such a high turnover rate.

Pros

Fast paced environment. Can grow through Xerox U.

Cons

No yearly raises, As in most long standing corporations, profits are pushed to shareholders rather than employees. Benefits are not the best, holidays per year are shortened to 5. No paid maternity leave.
