Pros

Decent co-workers, decent office locations. Learned a lot and enjoyed the actual work.

Cons

Money & the way employees are treated. Ursula Burns continues to talk big, talk about how much $$$ the company makes, all while employees are getting treated like crap financially. They stopped matching 401-k funds, they didn't give raises for 7+ years. On one occasion, an email was sent out explaining why raises would not be happening--again--and why we as employees should continue working hard b/c we mean so much to the company. Blah, blah blah. Then 10 minutes later, we receive an email from CEO Ursula Burns saying the company has met & exceeded financial expectations of billions, and how happy the stockholders will be. If you work here, all you will be is a slave to work with no raises and no bonuses and no decent pay, all while Ursula makes the stockholders rich. It is a TERRIBLE approach to running a company.
