Pros

Opportunity for advancement if the job is performed well and the general duties are not very tasking. Many fellow advisors are easy to get along with and pay incentives vary depending on the time of year.

Cons

The pay is low for the stress that is handled and skills that are expected of each person from day 1 isn't possible. The training is laughable and test preparation oriented not real work skill practice.

Outsource Upper Management to India as well

Pros

Hard-working and highly-skilled co-workers, excellent training, good first-line management.

Cons

Manufacturing, engineering, field service, supply chain have all been offshored or outsourced. Upper management has attempted for many years to make profit through relentless offshoring and outsourcing. The industry has been in decline for many years as well. Upper management has been attempting to make a profit in low-margin IT oursourcing and business process outsourcing for years without success.
