Pros

Paid training, 40 hours guaranteed during training and very challenging work. In addition, benefits are vey reliable and tuition reimbursement a plus.

Cons

Not very professional, and schedule hours need to be revised. Needed proper and professional training such as materials to help with cue calls, and procedure to follow.

Pros

They match 401k up to 35 and you're fully vested after three years. Also, depending which client you are working for, they will allow you to work from remotely.

Cons

No employee incentives. No care for employee moral. They want to push all of your work to India (or other offshore locations). Very poor work/life balance.

Pros

Good entry level job to meet people and network

Cons

Requires an unhealthy work-life (lack of) balance to achieve or over-exceed Very old-school management style (micromanagement) Male-centric corporate culture (i.e. early morning meetings/late night boozy socials, not conducive for working mothers)
